Holiday .. Holiday ...

Well, am I in a holiday .. hmm .. k lah, yes. Hiaz.. since my last paper til now, i dun feel that i'm resting .. Intensive archery training, this gathering, that gathering .. blah blah blah .. til now .. finally i manage to wake up later this morning .. but i've got another gathering later tonight .. Its so qiao tat I got all tings happening in 1 wk time.

Mon got to work, tues got piano lesson, then go for my hk trip briefing. Wed mum was sick, so bring her go see doc, then go help my dad at office since mum cant go, then go my class chalet at east coast ard 7pm. Actually promise to reach chalet earlier de, but then i turned at the wrong junction which end me up at a expressway. well, u noe, there is no u-turning at expressway de, so i have to turn a big round to end up back at the same location, and due to peak hour, I reach chalet late. Had Satay Beehoon for dinner and then while others proceed to Mt Faber, I proceed to Clementi to join some archery mates for KTV. 1st time so late then sing KTV, and 1st time having to put nite coupon for my car. Its really 卧虎藏龙 leh, most of them sing quite well, and my almost 3am, while we were like quite sleepy, I'm quite amuse that they can sing SHIN's 天高地厚 of actual key til quite well.

Went home slept at ard 5+am. Woke up at 9+ then slack slack a bit. Go have lunch wif mum and drive her to dad's office. As she haven fully recover, i stay to help out a bit before proceeding to east coast chalet again. Its only 2+pm when i reach, and they started BBQ already. then ard 4pm, we went kayaking .. aiyo, 1st time i kayak til so xiong! That Rene la, suddenly shout: "Hey lets all attack Lingxin! She is stil so dry!" I kayak til my hand got bristle, but .. hehe .. they didnt catch up wif me .. yeah ..=p Had lots of seafood for BBQ this time. The guys really bought a lot. Hehe .. me and eve manage to hav a bit of time to talk about guys before sleeping.. what we talk and who we talking bout .. shhh .. its secret .. =o

Haha .. its so 幸福 leh, morning wake up at chalet, breakfast if prepared for us by Gabriel. Must really thanks Gabriel cos i think he really did a lot for this class chalet.

Finally! Exam is over ...

Wow, my blog had disappear from my mind for so long ... Its been 1 mth since i post something .. haha .. now i can really laugh n smile n enjoy, EXAM IS OVER!!! YAY!!
This is the most stressful exam i had in NTU so far. Worst case: 4 core module papers within 5 days(3 within 2 days). Well, my besides this 4, the last paper left me 8 days to study, but then becos of the stress i went thru tat 5 days, i slack n slack til leaving me <3 days to study for a totally dunno module .. hiazz .. CPE204 .. ok, though i hate LPC, but then this time round i really had to thank him for the tips he gave during the quiz for exam. If not for that, tink i gonna submit blank paper for 204. Well, lets not tink of the result yet, its demoralising when its out, so i shall enjoy as much as i can 1st .. :P

Archery competition is 2 wks later, since most of us haven shot an arrow since before exam, we had a hard time today for our 1st training. Hands start to tired after lunch.

oh yah, i left early today cos i going for David Tao's concert. Wah!! its really GREAT, PERFECT ... His live singing was soooooooooooo good .. the musicians, vocalise backup was great too .. Arghh ... my soul is stil at indoor stadium .. haha .. :p For those who miss this concert, its really 可惜. If David is coming for concert again next time, i strongly recommend u to go .. his concert is great.

Exam near again!! :(

Its been so long since I blog .. hmm .. dunno what i busy with .. let me think ..

Basically I've been in school all the way except saturday. My exam dates are horrible, Nov 11th first paper, 14th second paper, 15th got 2 paper, last paper on 23rd. What is this!!!

This 2 weeks I almost slpt alone in hall everyday cos qy didnt stay. So, TV kept me company for the whole nite when i study .. well, sounds bit wrong to watch tv n study, but well, at least time pass easier. hmm .. i sounds so lonely, but ok lah, being the only child, i'm quite used to it.

Talking bout TV, watched a hk movie on channel 8 last nite while i studied for my 204 test which is this morning 8.30am (Oppss .. if my mum knew this, she's gonna kill me :P) Didnt thought of watching it, jus left the tv on behind me while i study. but then when i study til too stress up, i start watching and then ... i cant stop! Its a touching story. Think its film in year 2000 based on a true story. Its bout a lady named Tracy. She and her husband were very loving. But, she was diagnosed with cancer, last stage. She faced her illness strongly, and even encouraged cancer patient around her. Slowly, she became more and more weak and she sensed that her life is ending soon. Not wanting her husband to be left alone, she gathered her frens in the hospital to see her photo albums to look for suitable lady to matchmake with her husband. Then there was this day that she ask them out to a restaurant which she and her husband always visit when they were in courtship, telling her nurse fren what they always ordered last time.(She purposely didnt turn up but peep from far to see her husband and the lady's progress) Then someone came up to her husband asking whether to buy a rose for his lady, he bought 1. He requested for a marker, and start scribling something. Suddenly, someone appear behind Tracy telling her the man at the restaurant ordered this for her (Its her fav food). Then she saw her husband standing up, turning to her across the road, with a rose and a large piece of paper writting: I LOVE YOU (then he put off his hand showing the word that he covered) ONLY! Well, Tracy pass away in the end, but she managed to spend her last part of life happily with her devoted husband.

By the time i finish watching this and studying(well, i didnt finish studying all for the test), its 4+am .. quite common though, cos I usually sleep late in hall. Stil manage to wake up at 7+am. Hiazz .. the quiz was quite difficult. Hope can pass. Went for breakfast with all classmates .. 1st time tried the western food store breakfast ,, taste not bad, and is so much cheaper than macDonald 1:

Suppose to meet jiayi they all to study 207 together at 2pm. but then i came back hall and doze off til 2.30 then wake up. Only start studying at 3pm. Arghh .. 207 is horrible!!!!!! Spent 3 hrs only drawn Use Case, Object and Class Diagram, which we not sure we do correctly or not. Left at 6.45pm to buy dinner to go back hall to watch 王子变青蛙. But met jackson and say they all sitting down to eat dinner tell me to join them, initially say dun wan cos i wanna watch tv. Watch tv very childish meh .. ok lor, so i join them to eat .. but then when i reach hall, stil on time to watch my show ..By rite wanna go home tonight de, suddenly rem got java report haven print n submit , tml got to make a trip down to lab .. hiazz .. y i suddenly so forgetful!

At hall now ..

Sunday nite .. and I'm back at hall .. Had start to get use to this hall and I actually stayed over on fri to study and came back tonight .. Thats what i'll never do last time. Probably because I happen to stay the same block wif my dear cousin, yuzhen. =)

Its been such long time since i wrote my blog .. hmm .. where should I start??

Oh yah, last last thurs me and classmates(Huiling, rene, angeline, evelin, gabriel and jackson) went to the prata place that we've been say dunno how long ago to go .. Went there after class in my car. Yes, plus me 7 person. 5 ppl squeeze behind and my car was sooooo noisy throughout the trip .. haha .. the prata there really nice. We eat til quite full. Let me recall: we order:
- Chicken Floss wif cheese prata ( We find this the best!)
- Mushroom wif cheese
- Chocolate prata ( Recommend to eat last as dessert .. we tried to mix n eat, bit weird to have spicy(curry), salty(cheese) and then sweet (chocolate) in our mouth)
- Chili prata
- Cheese wif egg
- Murtabak
- And we drank Dinosaur ..


Nothing very happening happened since. Well, Mooncake Festival celebration last friday at Heritage there. Since I haven tried out last year, i decided to go walk walk with yuzhen, her fren Siew Ling and Qiuling whom happen to be my roomie, qiuyun's sis .. This is so qiao .. Like such a small world, everyone seems to be somehow related .. haha .. well, we decided to carry paper lanterns(provided free to everyone, stil can choose colors of our preference) and walk around the Yunnan Garden.


Last week's thurs was my 201 traffic circuit demo .. Seems like our lab sup was quite impress by wat me and partner done .. hehe .. Well, must thanx my partner actually, cos he's the one who insist to do those extra things which others didnt do .. what to do .. he scholar from vietnam leh .. besides being a bit too ganjiong, and me very hard to understand what he say due to his pronunciation, he was very ok! =P Poor eve got a partner who always MIA .. her demo is 2 days later and now still struggling .. hiazz .. Jiayou wor!!

Last Sat went for the sch's 168km jog .. well dun get the wrong idea, i didnt run the 168km, i not so pro lah .. we just need to run the start point to the 1st station at some Civil duno duno wat camp near the LCK cemetry. All of us were quite unwilling to go, wake up so early leh .. 7am and after the jog stil got training .. then they say aiyah .. k lah .. go there n get free t-shirt n goodie bag.

This week went by quite smoothly. Went jogging on wed then dinner at JP.Don't ever go to Delifrance at JP. The service there very bad!! Food also not nice de!

Today went this United Medicare Center to visit my aunt. Saw my cousin, long time never see her. We were very very close when young. Now she busy working n i busy studying .. Hiazz .. she told me she broke off with her bf whom she together wif for 7 years. Seven years leh! Hiaz .. til seven year then realise he is not the right one .. Well, hope her mr right will appear next. =p

Met her to go for dinner on mon nite after her kickboxing class. Didnt see her bring anything leh .. jus saw her holding tissue and purse. But then after dinner when i drove her back, before she alight, she suddenly pop out her present for me .. odd shape present which cant tell what's it. So I unwrap and realise its something I always want to buy but then didnt buy. Thanks Serene! *Muacks*!

3) Thanks Qiuyun, Zhenhao, Weiming, Szehua, Avril, Edgar,Shiyun and Weiqiang for the surprise. Really got the shock from you all.

Qiuyun really can act .. that night at room she really act like nothing happen, then when 12am she say: " Hey your b'dae hor, Happy Birthday *Shake my hand*." Then after that we continue our homework. I was standing up to get something from my cupboard which is just next to the door when i heard loud knocks .. (PS. Its at night and the knock is v loud). I turn to look at qiuyun, she say oh mayb her fren, jus now she say wanna come look for her to get something. I was like oh ok, didnt tot of anything yet cos this scenario always happen. So since i nearer to the door i open. What i see is someone wif black t-shirt jump pass .. then i see no one. Then suddenly b4 i could react, they budge in wif the cake .. really got surprised! Thanks qiuyun my dear new roomie for planning this! =p After eating cake, we stil go Ah Fang for supper. I end up sleeping at around 5am due to project which by right I was bout to start doing b4 they came.

Went JP for dinner and then settle down at Coffee Bean. Rene and Huiling suddenly came back wif a cake. Tried to light candle at Coffee Bean there but then failed. Cos the coffee bean fan is jus directly on top and there is no other seats available. No choice, so we end up celebrating at roadside. 1st time I cut cake at roadside. Receive a Jigsaw Puzzle as gift. Thanx!

5) Thanks my dear cousin, Yuzhen.
We never celebrate each other's b'dae, but then yest she suddenly gave me a card. Inside wrote she is trying to search for something in her room that she can give me .. haha .. i can understand, its hard to find something in hall room to give as present. In the end, she gave me a box of her favourite biscuit ..

well, its the thought tat counts! Thanks a lot! =p

6) Thanks Crystal, Kian Hao, Qiao Luan, Zhenhan and Tinghan.

Went over Kian Hao's room which is just my next block to do my bow string. Have to go his room cos the String jig is there as he is our internal logistic(according to him, our friendly log). Qiao Luan and Crystal was there when i reached. Since i QiaoLuan forgot to bring her old string, so I started 1st. We sat down on the floor to do. And I was fully concentrating on doing(cos its not easy to do), suddenly i feel the fan suddenly off .. but then i was so concentrating that i didnt bother to lift my head. Suddenly Kian Hao say:" Can you please react.." *I didnt react cos i thought he was talking to some1 else .. "Ermm .. hello hello .. can you please react .." .. *Finally i lift my head .. hehe ..* Then I got a shock ..Kian Hao was holding a cake with lighted candles! Called 2 archer senior, Zhenhan and Tinghan as they also hall 1 residents to join us eat cake. By the time we finish eating and doing string .. its 3am .. another late nite sleep.

Shack day!!

Its a real tiring day today. Had archery training from 9-4pm. Not because of too much shooting but is the shooting under the extremely hot sun that make all of us nearly dehydrated. Got bit of burnt, lucky i apply sunblock, else its gonna be worst.

Yesterday 1st time i stayed in school library to study til so late, suddenly feel that i so hardworking .. haha .. Evelin, me, alex, junwei, alan and frederick was there. Went off for dinner at around 8pm except frederick who had lifeguard training at SRC pool. Initially we thought of going hall 4, cos me n evelin miss the food there(The claypot chichken ..yum yum!!). But then after some thoughts, it mite b closing by the time we reach there. So we decided on the 24 hr coffee shop near city harvest. 5 of us ate 煮炒 which cost each $8.40. Quite reasonable actually cos we ordered 4 dishes and all not bad. They went home while me to hall due to today's training.

After watching 天国的阶梯, I went over to kian hao's room, which luckily is my next block only, supposingly to do my string but then by the time yunsheng n dapeng finish doing, its almost 2am .. never expect do 1 string can spend nearly 2 hour, somemore is 3 person do 1. Its so easy seeing people do, but then when we do then we noe .. its very 麻烦 cannot let the string twist .. it must be of correct length and tension .. cannot overlap.. arghh .. lots of things to take note .. my current roomie, qiuyun came back hall to stay .. at least not so lonely. :)

Oh yeah .. talking bout hall, I moved in to Hall 1 block 17 level 3. Location not bad, jus tat bit noisy cos near the road, but then lucky i not light sleeper. Stayed 2 nites last week and the 2 nites went out for supper. Tink they'll be my supper gang for this 2 sem : My roomie Qiuyun,Zhenhao, Weiming, Shiyun, Xiao Wen, Kay Hock, Szehua and Jonathan. =p Our usual supper venue will b at Ah Fang .. well its a coffee shop nearby tat most ppl wil go there eat prata .. we were discussing bout why every1 call there Ah Fang when we dont even see the 2 words around there .. so we conclude mayb the drink stall auntie's name is Ah Fang .. haha ..

Had a Voda cum Venus cum Ganduff bbq @ Hall 12. 3 generation there, around 40+ people. When i reach there they already started .. me just stand beside the pit and very 幸福 got people serve me food, thanx chris, edgar and junwei! .. haha .. ok lah .. me not tat lazy .. i got help bbq later de. Edgar very cute, keep using the wrong chinese verb. Cos his territory (hehe .. they very cute .. got define bbq territory de, junwei & chris is satay man, weiqiang the 'tongs' man) on the pit is to cook the chicken fillet .. so when people came over ask for food .. he will point to the piece of fillet tat he declared cooked and say: Nah, 这只鸡可以吃了. He repeat that mistake so many times .. and we always hav to correct him not "只" is "片", make him so paiseh. But then his bbq skill not bad leh!

Well, this week is recess week .. but I　almost everyday got to go back school .. sian ..

I'm suppose to be doing java programming now, but so sian .. shall continue after blogging. Borrowed a java textbk from Edgar. Realise lots of java basic either i forgot or dunno, so his book became v useful, but as he need for his 102, i've got to complete the whole book by tml or shld say tonight cos i returning him tml!

Monday nite i realise the metal wire behind my teeth seems to be not in place .. Made a last min appointment on wed to visit my dentist, Dr Cheng. He remove the whole wire and made a plastic retainer which cost me $40. And I'm suppose to wear it 24hrs except while eating. Til now i have not get use to tat plastic in my mouth. Can feel that I'm not speaking very clearly. Wed my class end 2.30pm, then i got to rush dun for this dental appointment and then back sch for archery training at 5pm! Then with that uncomfortable plastic, I got privilege of not counting out during bow exercise, well, thats and advantage cos while doing bow exercise, i can save more enerygy to concentrate on the exercise .. hehe .. This few days i gena say by quite a few ppl saying i look very 'dao'. Then i have to explain with very bad pronunciation that i had retainer on .. arghh .. dunno i explain how many time!!

Got my bow on wed. its 26lbs!! how can!?! have been using 18lbs and my hand extremely tired. luckily yest at training, a guy took over my bow, and i took over chyilin's bow which is 24lbs, she then take a 20lbs cos she too skinny and too not enough strength. Dun see a few pounds different like nothing, its a lot of diff!! But then dunno y.. yest i got strike by the bow string a lot of time even with my elbow turning in!! arghh .. change to yixiang's armguard stil got hit. Then when alex borrowed it, i saw him wearing a another way which i realise mite help me prevent myself from hitting my arm. I stil got hit, but then lesser time. hiazz .. by the end of day .. this is wat i got on my arm :

Oh yah, talking bout archery, there is this guy in my team whom almost every1 claim that he looks really like the superstar contestant, Junyang .. all were asking r u his twin brother?? ..hehe ..

Had a bbq at hall 6 after our training .. saw lots of seniors and my batch had a pathetic 6 ppl only .. and then alex left after a while cos he got to go church, left only 5. hehe .. lucky we were not 'bullied' by the seniors. cos one of them were telling us during his batch as a junior, he was doing the bbq, then suddenly 1 senior came up and ask:
Senior: u kelvin rite?
Kelvin: Yes.?
Senior: 3 sausages. thanks.
And this senario happens the whole nite .. hehe ..

Kianhao and crystal stay tampines, so i dropped them at sengkang to take 27 back home. While on the car, we were chit-chatting and kianhao was saying bout his car accident .. he buang the car once at a expressay at 3am because he drove too fast. he hit, spin n hit. he cant really walk straight for 2 days not because his leg injured but because he had slight concussion on head, so when he walk, naturaly he'll fall to his right (that feeling must b very weird). And then because he hit the railing which is a public property, he had to pay a $500 fine. Then he ask me: do u noe what public property's fine is the highest when u hit it? its the TREE!! The government precious the tree a lot .. haha .. lucky he didnt hit 1. Oh yah, he is the one whom every1 say he looks like Junyang.

Okok ... better stop here and continue my programming .. got lab test this coming week .. sian!!

Feeling bored now, remember quite long never blog .. so .. I'm here =p

Tml is weekend again .. yeah!! .. Well, at least now I feel bit relax .. been quite busy last 2 weeks (thats y i didnt blog =p). Went for archery training on mon wed & fri .. Too long never jog, somemore I haven fully recover from my flu .. the five rounds around the track was horrible!! After jog stil got the 1.5L water bottle training .. can see all our hands shaking in the middle of the air .. though tiring, I'm still feeling quite shiok .. Manage to went thru the school team selection .. well, i feel that i did quite badly during the selection .. all the seniors exerting "eye" power while we shoot the 2 arrows which determine our fate .. SO STRESSFUL!! Now really learn lots bout Archery .. which last time used to look simple to me, now then realise got so much to learn.

Had a gathering dinner wif VODAs at JP pizza hut yest. Boon Hoe lost his wallet, so he didnt turn up. And because he didnt turn up .. yihui didnt turn up too . hehe .. luckily when i saw him this morning at sch, he told me some kind soul found his wallet and return it back .. I was suan being blur just because when i was at B1, i ask to double confirm whether there is another storey of carpark btween B1 and 1. I remember I didnt park my car at B1 and not 1 oso .. and then at happens tat zhenhao and weiming park their cars at B1, so I tot i remembered wrongly the level i park .. cos tat timing when we go JP, the level i parked(between 1 n B1 .. tink its call A1) stil got quite a few empty lots .. normally ppl go basement multi-storey carpark from level 1 go down, once the level hav lots will park le mah, wont go down somemore .. so they park B1 I tot mine oso at B1 .. hiazz .. make me blur, its not my fault!! Drove junwei home, gena psyco by him. cos actually from JP to expressway, all the way wil b sengkang .. but then cos i havent drive in woodlands yet .. so i try try lor .. hehe ..

Today met liting for dinner at compass pt .. hmm .. its like almost 6 wks since i last step into compass pt .. our fav dining place, captain cook no longer there! so sad, its changing to Swenson. oh yah talking bout food, that day went Tao's restaurant for dinner gathering with my R.A. frens, TM going UK study for 1 year .. (btw, R.A. stands for Radio Academy, dont tink wrongly ah). Wah, love the food there, the grilled cod fillet is extremely nice, and the other courses oso not bad. Somemore stil got live performance by Echo music singers, atmosphere not bad .. hehe, most of the songs i dedicate were being sang .. one of the singer was Tang Yu Xuan, she is one of the 3 who sang 细水长流. She got a great voice!

hmm ... seems like i've been eating bit much recently .. must exercise more le!!!

Today's Dad's birthday and yest was Mum's. Didnt really buy anything for them but had a proper meal with them today lunch. Sian .. its a National Day public holiday and I cant enjoy it fullest cos I'm feeling sick. Well, not that sick but its making me miserable, you noe .. its like the feel of falling sick soon with bit of sorethroat and running nose .. arghhh !!

Had a gathering .. my mum was saying since sick dont go .. but CANNOT! Our MI2 dear Magnum is leaving for Australia this thursday. He'll be there for around 1 year for his Air Force Pilot training .. Dun play play eh .. Pilot! Serene was telling me whenever she hear those plane flying pass, she'll think of Magnum, then I told her .. hmm .. maybe few yrs down the road of today, the NDP parade we can see Mag flying the fighter plane .. We met up at Novena Square at 2pm, but I was late cos I cant find the entrance to the carpark. But lucky I'm not the latest .. oh yah, Serene and me concluded that Mag looks much more handsome than last time le .. haha .. Mayb because he change his hairstyle? He said he in a hurry today, so he actually anyhow gel .. so we told him then next time he should just anyhow gel his hair .. haha ..

Cant decide where to settle down, Haw Shyang suggest we go United Square .. which we end up going BakezInn(Hmm .. dunno I spell correctly or not).. the cake there very NICE! And then the most important thing .. take photos!!

Me, serene, Dennis and his wife proceed to Hougang for our dinner. Mag had to leave cos he meeting up his friend at 6.30pm. Hehe .. I believe this few days b4 he leave for aust, he's gonna got lots of ppl to meet up. Haw said he going to watch fireworks .. And gladys going gym(Turf gal!).. So the remaining 4 of us went to eat punggol Nasi Lemak and 豆花 .. chit chat chit chat til ard 8pm. Serene say wanna rush home to watch 9pm show ..

And now I'm back here blogging .. shall go bathing and watch my 谈判专家..=p

While watching 谈判专家 ... ...

Realise that I long time never on the TV in my room. Well, also to save time, as my pc is in my room too, I decide to watch tv cum checking email at the same time. =p Hiazz .. so bad! One of the male role shown now is two-timing!! Oh superstar result coming out later .. hmm .. finally 1st time since superstar start, I manage to watch the male and female round in 1 wk. Well, hope Derrick and Kelly manage to get through!

Now week 2 le .. hmm .. Realise I still bit slack, but I really trying my best to study hard le .. Frens around me I believe can see me different, haha .. i told them I have 下定决心 to study well this sem .. hope I wont break my current momentem of doing tutorial before the class. Oh yah, and not skipping classes!

This sem is bit sian sometimes cos all our timetables are bit not the same. So I end up sometimes having break myself. :( But so far stil not tat bad. hiazz .. if not for evelin say she dun wan to wake up early for classes( she plan her timetable majority start late end late while mine is start early end early), then our timetable will b almost the same. But lucky so far the tutorials I went is stil quite ok.

So 巧 my java tutorial same class as Weiyang and Boon Hoe. Weiyang is my poly classmate while Boon Hoe is poly school mate. Well, if not Boon Hoe came to NTU, I wont know bout him, though he is in the same course and he is my fyp neighbour, Weijian's classmate. Lucky got 2 of them in the same tutorial grp, then I wont be so sian .. Somemore today's tutorial dunno y dun hav, so we end up chit-chatting in the tutorial rm. Didnt get to talk much with Boon Hoe during FOC even though he is in VODA .. today when talk then realise .. haha .. he is a slacker .. dun really fit his image actually .. (not i say one ah .. he admit it himself)!=p

Took us so long to align in this position leh .. cos we dun wan to take too near the shore to see the sand in front of us, or too far that we become too small. Then cos we have 2 double and 1 single, we wan to have a balance photo which is 2-1-2. Well, I quite like the way its taken.



Oh yeah .. went to try out archery the day b4 yest with my cousin .. ITS FUN! we enjoy it ! Well, it seems so easy when we watch those tv drama, ppl shooting those arrow .. when i try then realise its not easy .. hand very tired! But I like it! =p

Its actually v late now .. my class is 8.30am, but i'm stil here. Thats bad .. haha .. My cheeks are so painful now. Got sunburn!! Went Sentosa yesterday wif ard 30 people.. Didnt expect so many people til when i reach Habour Front, i really Wah! The meeting time by right is 10am .. but then as usual, ppl wil b late. So me and evelin went for breakfast 1st. By the time every1 settle down at Sentosa Sunset Bay, its ard 12 noon le. Imagine the sun at that time... We played volleyball for around 2 hrs , then have our potluck session. Miraclly, my volleyball skills are stil there .. hehe .. had lots of fun. Then its the frisbee session which i really run til no energy .. Seniors got trash by freshies badly .. we really have to admit we old already .. haha .. then we went kayaking while some went swimming and playing monkey ball in the water ... in the end the volleyball went lost .. so we have to pay $35 for it. By then all of us r so red and tired. When we finish bathing, its 7pm le .. 1st time i play til so xiong in sentosa .. but its oso 1st time i had so much fun in sentosa .. =p

After a long long time ..

Finally I'm back here. I'm now in office and blog suddenly pop out of my head. Wow .. its been .. since .. so long that I've post here, so this gonna be a long post. Lots of things happen during this 2-3 months. Completed my inter-sem GE and i manage to pass my place Jap placement test. Can now officially take Jap 2.

By the time I finish GE, its June le, 1/3 of my holiday gone. Watched 2 movies so far only, partly because i on tight budget. Watch Madagascar and Initial D. Like both of them, especially Initial D. Edison is very 帅inside. The FOC senior camp was a fun 1, but also very tiring!! 1st nite was worst cause i slept in sleeping bag on the ground. Luckily got Key from my cousin to stay in his room. Well its bit inconvenient though, cos have to climb 2 level up for the female toilet, but its much better with a bed to sleep on. The following sunday was a Garang Guni Session. Sounds bit lame actually, when we were told besides it being a canvassing project, its for us seniors to bond among us 1st. Hiazz ... fancy me waking up early morning on sunday and travel all the way to Bukit Batok, having 2nd time in my life to take the Choa Chu Kang LRT. Lucky i end up same group with my classmates, we end up slacking an hour for breakfast. By the end of the whole thing .. guess what, whole bunch of us, which was bout 30 people, earn less than 200 bucks!! Well, it was due to competitors( they are real Garang Guni, so we are actually snatching their rice bowls). By the end of the day, my mouth is tired from:" Hi, do you have any old newspaper, magazines or clothings to give away?" Only me and Rene doing the talkings cos they guys say they in charge to carry.

Not long, the actual FOC05 camp. We suppose to stay at Hall 3. So i meet Eve there to leave our things at Aaron's room 1st cos we haven get our key. Eve was late for more than 30mins ... haha ... y? Cos she took bus 179 1 whole round in sch, dunno where to alight, so she ended up outside sch again, and have to go opposite to take 179 and go 1 whole round the school. By the time we reach the Function Hall 7, the banner we painted for FOC is up already. The guys complained it too pink .. well the theme is retro mah! and 4 gals 1 guy painted it .. so .. haha .. its girlish .. Meet the freshies at Boon Lay interchange .. Hehe .. being gals, me n eve stood aside .. aiming see got handsome guys or not .. from our 1st glance .. no!!! so sad !! hehe ..

I was attached to Jon's group(VODA .. remember the Superstar sponsor .. Voda Voda) as photographer .. took me 3 days to blend into the freshies cos i always disappear 1/2 thru the camp to go back room to charge my batt for camera. 1st 2 days was very sian .. lucky got Zhaohong there to entertain me with his 欠扁问答题 .., well me enjoy the Mass Dance part too .. manage to have good partners for 2 days. And I manage the Sweet Heart part!! yeah!! Had very good 默契with my partner .. (shh ... i actually got 电 by my partner.. hehe)

Finally on the 4th day, which we played amazing race and 食字路口, its very fun, but tiring .. running around with the group, from NTU, to Boon Lay, Clementi, Jurong East, Bukit Timah and then Bukit Batok ..Chris kept snatching my 饭碗 cos he kept taking my camera .. but well .. i can 乘机take a rest actually.. before we head for CDENS, we had 3 hours break .. so Macdonald became our resting place as its the nearest air-con place. The whole Mac is crowded by us .. one peep in and all u can see is blue n green T-shirts .. Jon brought us a good news when we reached CDENS, the 1st and 2nd group for the amazing race game get to slp in air con room!! Whew .. our grp came in 2nd!! Poor Nova and Aero .. no air-con .. got lots of mosquito ard .. and we've got Wanton mee for supper after our camp fire ..

Next day was activity at CDENS, i have to break camp for half a day, cos .... i going to collect my new CAR!! Its not this color ..


so excited tat day. Manage to persuade my mum to let me drive to school .. After CDENS was Raffles Country Club.. had dinner there and games .. then was Madame Wong .. Dance for a while, but i don't really like the music .. so i proceed to the pools room to see my group play pool .. its already 1+am .. I end up slping on Jason's shoulder .. haha .. he got influence by me and fell asleep too ...=p

Last day was war games .. water bomb flew everywhere .. nearly gena me when i holding a camera .. but its fun! after phototaking .. we went home .. its around 4pm le .. the freshies are stil quite on ... its a tradition for us to have group outings at last day of camp .. so we planned to go Marche at Suntec. I drove Libin, Yoke Lim, Jackson and Jonathan back .. i end up on the wrong road .. but lucky manage my way home, left time for bath and then got to chiong out ... initially wanna drive .. then my dad warn me a heavy jam due to NDP Preview .. So i met Weiming and Shahidah( my fellow Sengkangians) take MRT. Forgot to remind Zhenhao bout the jam .. and he ended up stuck in the jam .. we were already 1/2way eating when he reached. After that me n rene left 1st to get a cake cos its Jon's b'dae .. wah .. we got a 2kg Swenson ice-cream cake .. when i walk from suntec to esplande .. didnt realise it got heavier n heavier .. didnt noe a cake can be so heavy! We settle down in a circle to finish our final activity for the day. I like tat .. Everyone got a piece of paper and write out own name on top .. then we pass it to our right .. and we write what we want to tell that person or comment on his/her paper .. its quite sweet actually ... While writing .. that Chee Beng will say: Announcement .. 15min to last train ... then 10mins, then 5 mins ... then while all pf us stil concentrating .. "Announcenment .. the last train has left!"... Some of them still wanna go for supper .. lucky my sengkangians wanna go home .. so 4 of us can share cab!!

Then we got our nxt outing to KTV .. I recommend them a $10 club KTV at Chinatown. When I call to book for 19 ppl, the person bit shock .. haha .. 1st time for me to sing wif so many pple ... all of them so happy to hear the drink there is free flow and got "Shark Fin" soup .. Quite a few of them sing very well .. We sing til 12am .. so since no train le .. we go for supper at that famous coffee shop tat sells porride .. ate 田鸡粥its very tasty!! So i shared cab home with the Sengkangians again ..

Sad .. school staring next week le .. me stil in holiday mood ... hiazz ..

Happy Mothers' Day!

Before I start blogging here, must say here first, Happy Mothers' Day, especially to my dearest mum .. =p
Its been 4 days since my last paper, hiazz ... but i'm not quite in holiday mood. Cause I STILL HAVE TO GO BACK SCHOOL ALMOST EVERYDAY. Took Jap language for my GE. Initially, was quite regretting to take GE this inter-sem. But regretted too late, cos the add-drop period is over. But well, so far after 2 lessons, find it quite good actually. Learnt a lot in 2 days in compare to what i learnt in my poly jap class, cos what i learn in lesson 2 is bout what i learnt in mayb lesson 6 or 7 in poly. Real great diff! Quite enjoying these 2 days, just that the travelling distant is causing me to hate this course.
For celebration of end of exam period, me, rene, angeline, michelle and evelin went for a buffet. Wanted to go for Sakae cos angeline said got student buffet meal where we can eat all the food of $1.80. But then when we dropped by cineleisure, we saw this jap restaurant( forgot the name) very similar to Sakae and also got student buffet meal, jus tat its bit more ex. BUT, we can eat food tat cost up to $4.90. So we decided to take that and well, the food is quite nice. I love the Chawanmushi there! Ate 2 bowls of it .. hehe ... =p And the dessert also not bad, got this choc cake .. or mayb its brownie .. its tasty.(I'm not a choc lover, but i find this nice too, not very sweet)
Hiazz ... today is sunday le, which means i got to travel again tml!! Will b looking forward to fri. Finally my 1st KTV session after exam.

YEAH!!!

YES!!! Finally got a mp3 player for myself. Been saying want to get one from dunno how long ago. Thanks to frances ... hehe .. cos if not for her asking me to go out today( mmmm ... should be yest le, cos now is 1+am), i wont be going to meet her at j8. Then i wont be tempted by the sales person at Best. Then now i wont be enjoying to the music from my player. I'm satisfied with it. 5G muvoFM at $199. Haha .. must thanx frances again, cos she bought the last blue, then i can get the new display at 50 bucks cheaper. Hmm ... mayb i too stress over exam, so i felt extremely enjoying today, though its jus a short outing. Went bowling ... its been dunno how long since i last bowl .. So i enjoyed a lot .. got 1 of my best game today, scored 131. think i got the gist of how to play, more pract i shld be able to score better. =p
Hmm ... actually still got one more paper before my holiday officially start, so i still must study. I've already gave myself a holiday today .. so my last paper, hope it wont b as disappointing as yest's paper.

Oh finally I'm updating my blog... Hiazz .. Still in a stressful state now. Only 2 papers down when lots of my frens are either in their last paper or are already enjoying their hols .. Arghh .. By right i should be jealous of them, but comes to think, lucky I've that much time, else I'll 死的更惨. My 1st paper was crap! Really hope I can get a pass .. yes a pass is enough, I dun expect much! And today my 2nd paper, if nothing goes wrong somewhere, pass shouldnt be a problem. Well, now my biggest hope is to receive a offer from SADM and all my worries will be gone. Oh please .. pleaseeee ... well, in a bad state like that, today something brighten up my day, which also cause me to remember i long time nvr update my blog .. thats y i'm here. My dear roommie, serene, finished her paper last week, but she turned up at hall today to pack her stuffs. We're suppose to move out of the hall as its the end of one academic year. Its quite sian, imagine we move sooooooo many things back, and if we manage to grab a hall next sem, we've got to move them all back again. But well .. hope we get our hall. Oh yah, I forgot .. the thing that brighten me is this:

Arghhh ... my lap is still very red now!! I feel like a lobster!!! Its been 4 days since i tanned myself at sentosa, and i'm still red.. -_-"

Been slacking (yes, again..) during the long weekend. Went to Toyota showroom yest to take a look at Altis and Vios ... so tempting .. hiazz .. dunno when then i can drive in one of them. Well, due to this car viewing trip .. i couldnt finish my ppt on time. So by the time i reach hall and finish doing, its 3am.

Watch movie again today. Actually i'm NOT suppose to. Still remembered i've actually promise myself to not go for any movie after "Hitch" til exam is over. Hmm .. but i just couldnt resist when eve ask me "wanna watch?". Haha .. both of us break our promise .. ooppsss... Well, watched "The Eye 10" (见鬼10). Storyline not bad, but some parts is really very 搞笑. Its the first time i watch horror movies and halfway thru i can laugh til nearly no breath.

Am I being too slack ..

Time is really fast .. i have less than a month to exam and I'm here slacking .. oh dear .. hiazz .. how?? no mood to study. Let me see what I've done fr mon til now .. As usual .. mon's 202 will b skipped. Was suppose to start on my 181 powerpoint slides but after designing the bg and dump some info in .. i couldnt control myself and took a afternoon nap. Force myself to wake up 1/2 hr later cos meeting up with eve and aaron and his 2 frens for dinner. And one of his fren(actually neighboor) happens to be eve's pri 1 classmates. What a small small world. Initially, me n eve's intention to go JP is jus for dinner. But in the end, we shop shop after our meal and end up spending $$. Bought a new PMK t-shirt while eve bought a short short skirt. Both of us end up having less than 10 bucks in wallet .. (haha .. imagine a few hours before that we were still saying must save $$).

Why must save $$, cos we'll be taking GE this inter-sem to start clearing our 4A.Us. And we manage to get japanese. But, that means that we got to be in sch 4 days a week for lessons n tutorials, ending up not much time for work. We had planned for a Taiwan trip. So must SAVE $$$$. OK, now me Lingxin, declare to start save money, not spending on any uneccessary stuff .. so every1 out there ... dun tempt me ok!!

Yay!! I've got no class tml! Gonna be at Sentosa sun tanning .. Been looking forward to tml since last wk. Hope i get tanned .. i really cant stand myself now .. too 'white' le! Ok, in order to have an enjoyable tanning session tml, i shall pia as much as possible tonight .. Finish java and 181 slides! JIAYOU!!

What a busy week

Thinking why i so long nvr update my blog .. yah, cos i really had a busy busy week. Java lab test on mon, hard copy submission on tues, lab 6 due on wed ... my three days were all java java java .... arrrrghh ... then fri got econs quiz .. so must study 29 chapters of it! My daddy went business trip to Brunei, which means my mum will be alone at home. And since my wed class til 10.30am only, and thurs class start at 10.30am, so i went to look for my mum at dad's office. Imagine how much i travel within this 24 hr ... i took

Bus 179 from Ntu --> Boon Lay mrt --> Bedok mrt --> Bus 2 to my dad's office.
then at nite bus 31 to tampines, eat dinner at Tampines Mall then -->Bus 27 back to sengkang ...

And guess what .. i brought a whole stack of econs notes to study and in the end i was lying down comfortably on my sofa watching tv ... haha ...

then next morning from home, take Lrt fr Bakau --> Sengkang mrt --> Outram mrt --> BoonLay mrt --> Bus 179 to sch .. Miracally, i was 10 mins early for class.

Then finally fri after the econs quiz ... i really can relax for the week. Went suntec food fair with eve and family ... her niece is very cute .. haha .. she got to call eve 姨姨 and me 姐姐 ... hehe .. I'm younger hahaha ... Me and eve got so excited over durian puff and the fried durian .. haha .. bought quite a lot fr that stall.

Oh yah ... so back to my travelling journey, to reach suntec, i got to take 179 fr ntu, then mrt fr boon lay to City Hall, then walk the long CityLink to suntec .. then walk nearly 2 hrs at suntec , and then i left 1st to walk that CityLink again, take mrt to Bedok and then to my dad's office and then 31 to Tampines and then 27 home again ... Its really a long long journey man ..

And worst part is my classmates are tempting to go for this Creative sale on sat .. its really cheap .. Creative Micro Zen @ $249 for 1st 50 customer (U.P $400+). Jun Hui kept asking me so how? u wanna go ?? but imagine .. if i go, i'll have to wake up 5+am in the morning take lrt, mrt then bus to jurong creative warehourse to queue few hrs .. sooo ... i gave up! Lucky i nvr tell him i going, else he'll pass me that Creative VIP card and i sat die die oso must travel there ..

So now you know why i disappear from this blog for the whole week .. =p

What a looooooong day

This morning is really weird .. well, for me, I alawys put my hp on a small platform next to my bed. And I have the habit of snoozing the hp alarm every morning, else I'll be very unwilling to wake up. So once the alarm ring n i snooze it, even though I went back to sleep, my mind will b almost awake as i knew time is almost up for school. But today, when I open my eyes, my 1st thought was: ehh .. miracally, i woke up b4 the alarm rang .. hmm .. but wait, 7+am shouldnt so bright .. hmm .." so i stood up n take a look at my watch(which i usually dun need cos my alarm clock is at visible distance fr my bed, but the battery ran out few days ago). O_O!!!! its 10am!!!!!!! huh?!?!!? i didnt even have a single bit of 印象 that my hp alarm rang. And I even off it!!! I never off my alarm until i really wake up. When i turn back to bed, I saw my hp on my bed, its position is whereby it'll be under me when i'm lying on the bed jus now .. hmm .. another funny part is my roomie's class on wed is oso 8.30am .. so we'll leave together every wed, but guess wat??? she overslept also and her hp is oso on her bed! Of all the wed, we both had to choose to overslept on the same day! well, for her, she still have class in the afternoon, for me, my class end at 10.30am, which means i miss all my classes for the day!

But, even there's no more classes for me, i still have to turn up in school cos my java lab 5 is due today. So i met wif eve there at lab and we tot we'll jus do the debugging, print n submit n then lunch. BUT! when time is bout 12pm, we are still doing .. so we decided to go for lunch and back doing later .. so we went back around 1pm .. do do do do .. why stil got so many errors !! so many bugs!! ahhh .. my estimated timing was to finish by 2pm, but in the end i stay till 5.30pm, which i cannot take it le, my eyes are bulging out from the staring of pc screen. I gave up, print n submit, though stil got bug in between, at least my prog can run. And accoring to every1, as long as got do, wont fail. Well, for eve, she insisted to stay, so i left 1st(in the end, she told me on msn that nite that she stay til 8pm at the lab, she is really crazy, moreover, she didnt finish too!). Reach hall put down my tings and wanna leave hall to meet my fren for dinner at JP. But he said he'll b late, so i decided to take a nap, cos my eyes cannot tahan le. but i only have 1/2 hr ,.. jus in case, i set 2 alarms .. haha .. lucky i woke up in time. Had pizza hut for dinner .. mm .. not bad cos i haven eat pizza for a very very long time.

oh yah, before i left JP for hall, i went to shop shop for food to replenish for my hall. and i bought something:
